  • 800 g pork loin(s), cut into 4 slices
  • 1 jar apple juice
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • curry
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 apples
  • 2 onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Peel the apple and cut into 2-3 cm thick slices. Rub the sirloin slices with the curry, salt, and pepper mixture, fry briefly, and place in an ovenproof dish. Then fry the onion rings in the pan until golden brown and arrange them on top of the meat pieces. Fry the apple slices and layer them on top of the onion rings. Deglaze the pan with apple juice, melt the cream cheese, and season with curry, salt, and pepper (if the mixture becomes too thick, add more stock). Pour over the meat, apple, and onion mixture. Bake in the oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes. Rice goes well with this dish.
