Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp broth, instant
  • some salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the leek into two equal pieces. Then cut each piece into four equal pieces. This makes eight small leeks, each of which is then rolled in a slice of ham. Place everything in a baking dish. Mix one cup of cream with half a cup of water. Then add two teaspoons of instant broth and a little salt and pepper. Mix everything well and pour over the rolls, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Place everything in the oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. This goes well with tagliatelle or potatoes.
