Baked chicory

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 chicory
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • 4 slices of ham
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with sour cream and Parmesan

Clean the chicory and scoop out the stem. Boil it in salted water for about ten minutes and drain. Then wrap the chicory in the ham, place it in a baking dish, and pour the sour cream over it. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese and bake for half an hour at 180°C. Serve with boiled potatoes.
