Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and fry briefly on both sides in a hot pan. Clean the bell pepper, cut into strips, and fry with the schnitzels. Place the schnitzels in a baking dish, spread with a little tomato paste, and sprinkle with the pizza seasoning. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and roughly dice them. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the cooked ham and salami into strips. Sprinkle over the schnitzels along with the fried bell pepper strips. Drain the olives and sprinkle them on top. Season everything again with a little salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning. Mix the remaining tomato paste with the broth and pour over the schnitzels. Arrange the cheese slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Baguette goes well with it. Tips: Can also be prepared as schnitzel. If you add more broth and canned tomatoes, the dish can be served as a pizza soup.
