the dessert without a name – with raspberries and peaches

Drain the peaches and chop them. First, place the frozen raspberries (not thawed) in a bowl or dessert dish, then arrange the peaches on top. Mix together the mascarpone, yogurt, and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the mascarpone mixture. Spread the mixture over the fruit and let it set in the refrigerator for at least three hours, or overnight if possible. Two hours before serving, sprinkle the entire mixture with brown sugar (the cream should no longer be visible). Just before serving, add another thin, fresh layer of sugar.
