Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 ml water, warm
- 125 ml oil
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk in the sugar. Stir in the water and oil. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt. The resulting thick mixture is ready to use. Grease a baking pan with oil and dust with flour (make sure everything is dusted, otherwise the cake will stick). Pour half of the cake mixture into the pan. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and mix. Then pour the cocoa mixture onto the remaining mixture. Clean the bowl with a dough scraper. Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately turn the cake out of the pan.
