Lebanese minced meat tart with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 pack of dough (cake batter), ready-made
  • 2 tbsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 4 small onions
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 small jar of sauce (sweet and sour sauce)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • cumin
  • Herbs, fresh, green
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the cake batter onto a round baking sheet, pierce several times with a fork, and spread the mustard generously on top. Dice the onions. Crush the garlic and mix with the raw minced meat. Dice the tomatoes and add them. Grate the zucchini, add them, season with the spices, and mix. Stir in the sauce. Spread the mixture onto the cake batter and gently fold the edges of the pastry over it. Bake the tart at 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit) on the second-lowest rack for 40 minutes. Serve with natural yogurt or ayran.
