Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 200 ml water
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 600 g minced meat
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- pepper
- coriander
- basil
- Thyme
- 150 g cheese
Instructions

Knead the flour, butter, water, lemon juice, and salt together and spread it in a greased springform pan, making sure the edges are thinner than the base. For the filling, finely chop the mushrooms, onions, and garlic, mix them with the spices and meat, and pour them into the pan, smoothing the top with a spoon. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160°C for a good half hour, then remove it from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. After another 20 minutes in the oven, it can be served with a green salad.
