Pork fillet with vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 400 g broccoli
  • 300 g leek
  • 500 g pork fillet(s)
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g grated cheese (Gruyère or similar)
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the fillet, pat dry, and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Brush the fillets with mustard on both sides and sear briefly. Slice the carrots and leeks. Cut the broccoli into florets. Cook all the vegetables separately in boiling salted water for about 3 to 5 minutes, then refresh and drain. Grease an ovenproof casserole dish and arrange the meat and vegetables alternately (in rows). Mix the crème fraîche, milk, cheese, salt, and pepper to make a sauce and pour it over the meat and vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
