Brussels sprouts pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • Sauce thickener
  • 200 g salmon ham
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel or trim and wash the potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and carrots. Dice the potatoes and carrots. Peel and chop the onion. Fry everything in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season. Pour in the broth. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Cut the ham into strips. Thicken the vegetable stock and season to taste. Sprinkle the ham and parsley over the top.
