Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork fillet(s)
- 500 g jacket potatoes
- 1 can/n green runner beans
- 1 Pkt. Pizza tomatoes with herbs
- 200 g cream
- 2 bags of mozzarella
- 2 tsp basil
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Oil for pan and casserole dish
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and place them in a greased casserole dish. Cut the meat into medallions, season with salt and pepper, and sear in the pan. Then let it rest in aluminum foil. Add the cream to the still-hot pan and season with basil, nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Spread the meat over the potatoes. Then add the beans, tomato pieces, and cream. Top with sliced mozzarella and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. I serve it with ciabatta bread so the delicious sauce doesn’t stay on the plate.
