Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • some butter
  • some ketchup
  • Oil or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

(Club cuts)

Spread two slices of toast thinly with butter. Then top each with a slice of ham and cheese. Finally, drizzle some ketchup on one half (if you like, you can also add a few onion rings and a pinch of salt). Then fold both halves together and fry them in a pan over very low heat. This takes about 10-15 minutes, and you should turn them two or three times during this time. Serve immediately. Tips: You can drizzle the club slices with a little lemon juice to finish. You can also enjoy the whole thing with a little Worcestershire sauce.
