Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll
  • 1 fish fillet(s), breaded
  • 1 slice(s) cheese
  • 1 some mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Halve the fresh bread roll and spread a little mayonnaise on each half. Fry a breaded fish fillet. You can also use frozen fish if you like. Once the fish fillet is cooked, top it with a slice of cheese (in a pan or in the oven), cut it in half, and place the baked fish fillet halves on the bread rolls. Of course, you can also adjust the ingredients to your taste.
