- some cucumber slices, fresh or from the jar
- e.g. coleslaw
- e.g. iceberg lettuce
- tomato slices
- Mustard, sweet
- horseradish

Invention of my son Aaron during his Franconian vacation in 2010
Bake the pretzel roll in the oven for a while. Briefly fry the meatloaf in a pan on both sides. Layer everything in the roll as desired.
