Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat, shredded
- 2 green bell peppers
- 2 shallots
- clove(s) garlic
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- n. B. Salt and pepper, black
- 1 pinch of paprika powder, rose hot
- 1 cube of meat broth
- 1 tbsp oil (soybean oil)
- 250 g tagliatelle, wide
- basil
- possibly wine, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Add soybean oil to the wok. Season the turkey strips with salt, black pepper, and hot paprika, and fry in the soybean oil. Add the finely chopped shallots and minced garlic and fry. Finely slice the green bell pepper, add it, and fry lightly. Deglaze with a splash of white wine, if desired. Add the meat broth. Bring everything to a gentle simmer. Mix well and season with basil. Slowly add the cream. Fold in the Parmesan cheese. Cover the wok and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with wide tagliatelle noodles. If desired, you can stir these into the slightly creamy sauce for another 5 minutes before serving (cooked al dente).
