Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, ripe or overripe
- 3 handfuls of noodles, e.g. star-shaped soup noodles
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- some milk
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt, 1.5%
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the bananas, slice them, and add them to the wok. Cook until they are very soft. Meanwhile, cook the noodles until al dente and drain. Noodles from the day before are also fine. Add the noodles to the bananas and season with curry. Add the yogurt to the wok. Once the yogurt has been absorbed, gradually add the milk. The consistency should remain relatively firm, but the bananas should no longer be recognizable as individual pieces. Cook until the bananas and noodles are a mass. The consistency is comparable to rice pudding. If desired, you can add more curry powder to taste. This dish is ideal for eating with chopsticks.
