- 500 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- some water (mineral water)
- 400 g apples
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- butter

quick, easy, delicious
Make a dough from flour, eggs, salt, and water (enough to reach the desired consistency) and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Scrape the dough into a pot of boiling water, bring to a boil briefly, and drain. Rinse the finished spaetzle and then let it dry thoroughly. Wash the apples, cut them into eighths, core them, and slice them. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the apple slices. Add the spaetzle and lightly toast everything together for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the apple spaetzle with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
