Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Flour
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ tbsp seasoning
- 175 g cheese (ger. Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the schnitzel, coat it in flour, and place it on a greased baking sheet. Trim the leek and slice it into rings. Drain the mushrooms. Spread both ingredients over the schnitzel and bake. Baking time: approx. 30 minutes at 200°C. Then whip the cream until stiff peaks form and season. Sprinkle the schnitzel with grated Gouda cheese. Drizzle with the cream and bake. Baking time: another 30 minutes at 200°C.
