Muffins with coffee

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 160 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml coffee (espresso)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and espresso in a bowl. Combine flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and stir into the egg mixture. Pour into buttered muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
