Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 packs of sauce (pepper sauce, for 1/4 l each)
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the schnitzel, drizzle with lemon juice if desired, and place it in a baking dish. Mix the cream, sour cream, and pepper sauce. Spoon the mushrooms over the schnitzel, then pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake at 200°C (convection oven) for about 1 1/4 hours.
