Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 50 g bacon
- 3 large onions
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 1 large can of tomatoes (500 g), peeled
- 1 gr. can/n mushrooms (500 g)
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 7 tbsp cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the bacon and onions and fry in a pan. Deglaze with a splash of white wine. Dice the ham and add it to the pan along with the tomatoes, canned juice, and mushrooms. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, basil, and lemon juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the parsley. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, transfer to an ovenproof dish, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the dish on the top rack of a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese has melted and turned lightly brown.
