Gnocchi with cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Finely chop the garlic clove and chili pepper. Add the gnocchi to a pot of boiling water. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the garlic and chili pepper and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Transfer the finished gnocchi to a baking dish, pour the cream sauce over them, and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
