Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g tortellini, e.g. spinach-ricotta, from the refrigerated section
- 80 g crème fraîche
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- possibly Parmesan

in 5 minutes
Mix the tortellini with half a cup of water and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the crème fraîche and the garlic clove (pressed through a garlic press) with the paprika, salt, and lemon juice in a bowl with a spoon. Drain the water from the tortellini and immediately pour the sauce over the pasta. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the top.
