Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 100 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 100 g sour cream
  • some cream
  • Cheese (amount of your choice)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • Meat sausage, 1/3 of the ring
  • Pizza seasoning
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, sauté the ham and sausage in a pan with oil. Then add the strained tomatoes. Add the sour cream and let it infuse with the seasonings. Finally, mix the pasta and the sauce and transfer to a baking dish. Pour a dash of cream over the pasta and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the microwave at 600W for about 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese (you can also use the oven, but it will take longer).
