Knead the flour with margarine, 1 teaspoon of salt, and water. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate. Cut the leek into 1-cm-wide rings, wash thoroughly, and blanch in plenty of boiling salted water for 3 to 5 minutes. Then drain well and let the leek drain well. Fry the bacon. Whisk the cream with the eggs and season with a little salt, pepper, and garlic. Roll out the dough and line a greased baking pan, forming a raised edge. Place the leek on the dough, then add the egg cream and bacon cubes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
