Vegetable pan with potatoes and feta

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 7 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. vegetable broth, instant
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Sugar
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

tasty, fast and vital

Peel the potatoes and place them on the pan. Dice the onion, zucchini, and bell pepper and sauté them directly in a pan with oil. Then finely chop the mushrooms and add them. Dice the tomatoes and garlic and add them to the pan. Season to taste and simmer well. Add the potatoes to the pan when they’re done. Finally, crumble the feta cheese, add it to the pan, and stir. Serve with paprika chili cream.
