Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, small
  • ¼ head of savoy cabbage
  • 6 potatoes, boiled
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 5 small cherry tomatoes
  • curry
  • salt and pepper
  • cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the ginger, onion, and garlic and fry. Slice the savoy cabbage and mushrooms, then briefly fry both. Add 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder. Add the cooked, sliced ​​potatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Whisk the peanut butter with the cream and stir in about 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let the dish simmer briefly on low heat.
