Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 piece(s) ginger, small
- ¼ head of savoy cabbage
- 6 potatoes, boiled
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cream
- 5 small cherry tomatoes
- curry
- salt and pepper
- cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the ginger, onion, and garlic and fry. Slice the savoy cabbage and mushrooms, then briefly fry both. Add 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder. Add the cooked, sliced potatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Whisk the peanut butter with the cream and stir in about 1/2 teaspoon of cumin. Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Let the dish simmer briefly on low heat.
