Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cream cheese
- 5 prunes
- 1 tbsp pistachios, unsalted, chopped
- 1 wholemeal roll
Instructions

Dice the plums. Mix the cream cheese well and fold in the prune cubes. Spread the cream cheese mixture on a whole-wheat roll and sprinkle with the pistachios. The natural sweetness of the plums means no additional sugar is needed. Dried apricots can also be used in the same way.
