Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 600g meat (turkey is very tender, but pork will also work.)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 3 spring onions
  • 2 onions
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Ultra Plus, Microwave

Spread oil in an Ultra Plus (microwave-safe dish). Dice the meat, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and add to the Ultra Plus. Microwave for 15 minutes at 600 watts. Meanwhile, finely dice the tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, and slice the spring onions. Combine the vegetables with the cream and tomato paste, stir in the granulated vegetable stock, and season with salt and pepper. After 15 minutes, briefly stir the meat and add the vegetables. Microwave for another 15 minutes at 600 watts. Let stand for another 5 minutes, then season to taste and serve.
