Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g chicken breast
- 4 tomatoes
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 100 g Gouda, middle-aged, in one piece
- 3 garlic cloves
- olive oil
- Chili sauce for chicken

Low-carb casserole with chicken
Wash and dry the meat, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes. Dice the feta cheese. Mix everything together in an ovenproof casserole dish with the olive oil and a little chili sauce (not too much, as it’s very intense in flavor). Grate the Gouda cheese over the meat and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. I recommend serving it with a salad.
