Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g almond(s), coarsely chopped
  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 100 ml milk, maybe a little more

quick and easy, delicious cookies without cutting out, makes about 50 pieces

Cream the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, and eggs until fluffy. Then combine the flour with the baking powder and add it along with the almonds. Gradually add the milk. Stir well (you can also do this with your hands) and preheat the oven to 180°C. Place 2 teaspoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
