Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 100 g starch flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 15 minutes, until the cake base is golden brown. The cake base can then be further processed and filled as desired.
