Frosting / glaze with chocolate and cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml cream
  • 175 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar, fine
  • 75 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For the glaze, bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate, sugar, and butter, and stir until the chocolate is melted. Slowly pour the glaze over the cake, spread evenly, and let it dry. The glaze (granache) will look quite runny, but it will set (not hard) and taste delicious.
