Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 30 g butter
- 250 ml instant broth
- 250 ml milk
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp herbs (garden), frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs. Meanwhile, melt the butter and stir in the flour. Deglaze with the broth and milk, stirring vigorously, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the cream cheese and add the herbs. Peel and halve the eggs, and warm them in the sauce. Serve with rice and a green salad.
