Creamy wild garlic and blue cheese sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of wild garlic
  • 80 g blue cheese
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • some pepper
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Cut the wild garlic into bite-sized pieces, then sauté it with oil in a pan over medium heat until softened. Then add the blue cheese and stir until dissolved. Next, add the processed cheese, stirring continuously. Season with balsamic vinegar and pepper, and reduce to the desired consistency. This sauce goes perfectly with pasta.
