Cheese sauce for chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 pkt. processed cheese – slices (sandwich cheese)
  • 1 bowl of cream cheese spread (Gouda cheese, 200 – 250 g)
  • some salt and pepper, pepper, chili powder
  • chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s), if desired
  • possibly chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the milk, processed cheese, and cheese slices in a microwave bowl. Add the spices and garlic and stir. Place the lid on the bowl and place it in the microwave. Set the microwave to the highest setting (depending on your microwave) and the timer to 5 minutes. I always check after about 1.5 minutes and stir again. After that, the cheese sauce can be refined with chili salsa and garlic.
