Three-fruit yogurt

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 apple (e.g. Jonagold)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 Clementines, seedless
  • 250 g natural yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp honey (flower honey), liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

a creative combination of fruits and yogurt.

Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl and whisk to combine. Peel the banana and slice it thinly. Peel the apple, halve it, remove the core, and cut the flesh into sticks. Peel the clementines and cut them into segments. Halve the segments crosswise. Add the chopped fruit to the honey yogurt and fold in.
