Turkey strips with cream sauce, mushrooms and egg noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat, cut into strips
  • Clarified butter
  • 100 g mushrooms, cut into strips
  • 600 g whipped cream
  • Pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, granulated
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 300 g egg noodles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

quick and easy

Brown the meat in a little clarified butter in a deep pot. Once the meat has browned slightly, add the mushrooms and cook until cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Add the garlic and season with vegetable stock granules, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. During this time, fry the egg noodles until crispy. Serve the turkey strips with the noodles. Serve with a fresh salad.
