Fruit creatively arranged for children or children’s birthdays

Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. In the meantime, peel the bananas, cut them in half, and rub them with lemon juice to prevent brown spots. Use a wooden skewer to draw eyes from the chocolate coating on the top third of the banana half. Draw a pair of glasses frames around the eyes. Next, draw a mouth on the banana using the chocolate coating. Now make two balls each from the marzipan, flatten them slightly, and place them on the chocolate eyes. Add a dollop of chocolate coating to the marzipan as a pupil. Make a spreadable sugar mixture from the icing sugar and food coloring, and a little tap water if needed, and spread this onto the underside of the banana with a knife. This will represent the Minion’s trousers. Let it dry and serve.
