Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 800 g quince(s), peeled, pitted
- 500 g pumpkin flesh
- 200 g grapefruit(s), filleted
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Grate the quince and pumpkin flesh into fine strips and bring to a boil with a little water until soft, then add the grapefruit fillets and the gelling sugar according to the preparation instructions – fill into jars and seal tightly.
