Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g potatoes
- 250 g mushrooms
- 100 g chanterelles
- 75 ml cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely diced onion until translucent. Cut the peeled potatoes into approximately 1 cm cubes and fry them as well. Add the cleaned and quartered mushrooms and the cleaned chanterelles to the pan. After frying briefly, pour over the cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve attractively and enjoy.
