Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g parsnip(s)
  • 100 g leek
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 150 g cream (herbal cream), light
  • vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables. Place them in a large pot and add about 750 ml of water. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, and chili, puree, and stir in the herb cream.
