Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll(s) of pizza dough from the refrigerated section (400 g each)
  • 300 g feta cheese
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 400 g Gouda, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 2 pinches of oregano

Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough onto a deep, medium-sized baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pre-bake for 5 minutes, then remove the baking sheet from the oven. Using a hand mixer, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Gouda, sour cream, and eggs until thickened. Pour the mixture onto the pre-baked dough. Bake for another 10 minutes, then arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano and bake for a further 20 minutes at 175°C (350°F). Tips: If you like it spicier, stir in chili flakes. You can also add thin strips of bell pepper to the tomatoes. Tastes great hot or cold, and is still delicious the next day.
