Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 sausages
- 2 onions, red
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 250 g homemade vegetable broth
- 1 tsp sea salt
- pepper, black
- e.g. fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the sausages into ½ cm thick slices and roughly dice the onions. Sauté both until the desired consistency is reached. Then add the crème fraîche, vegetable stock, paprika, and sea salt. Bring everything to a boil, stir frequently, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
