Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pork (belly, approx. 150g each)
- Pepper, freshly ground black
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp lard
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and dry the pork belly. Sprinkle generously with pepper and dip the slices first in the beaten egg, then coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot lard until crispy brown, then add salt! Grandma served everything that goes well with breaded cutlets.
