Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 onions, diced
- 4 stalk(s) leeks, cut into rings
- 1 can/n mushrooms
- Broth, granulated to taste
- 375 ml water
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 200 g processed cheese with herbs
- 200 g whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat until crumbly, add the onions, leeks, and mushrooms, and fry briefly. Deglaze with the water, add the granulated stock, and simmer gently. After about 20 minutes, stir in the cheese until smooth. Season again and stir in whipped cream, if desired. Remove from the heat.
