Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ¼ liters of broth
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 400 g herb cheese spread
- 3 onions
- Oil for frying
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can/n mushrooms (approx. 850 g each)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Stir in the broth, add a sliced leek, and cook briefly. Gradually stir in the cream cheese. Fry the finely chopped onions in oil in a pan and add the remaining sliced onions. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the drained mushrooms. Pour the entire contents of the pan into the soup and let it simmer.
