Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ¼ liters of broth
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 400 g herb cheese spread
  • 3 onions
  • Oil for frying
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 can/n mushrooms (approx. 850 g each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Stir in the broth, add a sliced ​​leek, and cook briefly. Gradually stir in the cream cheese. Fry the finely chopped onions in oil in a pan and add the remaining sliced ​​onions. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the drained mushrooms. Pour the entire contents of the pan into the soup and let it simmer.
