Chicken strips with tomato and onion vegetables

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

WW suitable

Wash the chicken breast fillet, cut into thin strips, and season lightly with salt and white pepper. Cover and fry in the oil. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and finely slice the onion. Keep the meat warm and sauté the vegetables in the meat pan, covered, with the lemon juice and oregano. Season with cayenne pepper and garnish with parsley. Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes. The entire “filling meal” costs 10 points: 4 side dishes, 3 meat, 3 oil.
