Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- ½ liter vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp oil
- lots of curry
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry in oil. Season with the spices, then set aside. Sauté the sliced bell peppers with the leek rings in the previously used pan. Pour in the broth, add the meat, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add a little more broth if necessary. Thicken the sauce; adjust seasoning if desired. Stir in the sour cream. Serve with rice.
