Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp oil

  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and fry in oil. Season with the spices, then set aside. Sauté the sliced ​​bell peppers with the leek rings in the previously used pan. Pour in the broth, add the meat, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add a little more broth if necessary. Thicken the sauce; adjust seasoning if desired. Stir in the sour cream. Serve with rice.
