Gluten-free poppy seed toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, gluten-free
  • 8 g dry yeast
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum
  • n. B. Poppy
  • 30 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a dough hook for at least eight minutes. Pour the dough into a loaf pan and let it rise for a good hour, covered with a damp cloth. Make sure the cloth doesn’t touch the dough. The dough should double in size during this time. Then bake the bread at 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with top/bottom heat for approximately 50-60 minutes.
